Maro Pantazidou is a PhD candidate in her final months at the Centre for Applied Human Rights, Department of Politics, University of York. Her research explores the politics of time in care work and care infrastructures. She holds a Master’s in Power, Participation and Social Change from the University of Sussex and a Master’s in Social Research Methods from the University of York. Maro has collaborated with universities, research groups, and civil society organisations to design and apply participatory methodologies for research, planning, and learning. She also brings over ten years of experience in campaigning and advocacy for social rights with both global and local organisations.
